CooCox Colink  

CooCox Colink is a small ARM Cortex M3 JTAG hardware debugging probe. Colink directly supports CooCox CoDebugger and CooCox CoFlash. CooCox Colink integrates seamlessly into IAR Embedded Workbench, Keil RealView MDK.

CooCox Colink is open, you can Do It Yourself.
